New Build 1.0.6! Axe Throw and Moar Potions.

Hey All,

Got a new Build out with some great changes!

1.  Axe Throw
   1. C key or Gamepad B button now launches an axe towards your enemies!
   2. Press again to call back to you
2. New Potions
   1. There are a few yellow revive potions on the map now to bring you or your friends back to life!
   2. Green Stamina potions scattered about now
   3. Health pickups are now red potions instead of hearts
3. Bug Fix
   1. AI players no longer freak out after you have killed all enemies on the map.
