Update 0.1.57 Lifetime Cash!

Hey all! Doing our first devlog!

We have made the game free for all! Planning on generating revenue in the future but for now enjoy the alpha!

For this latest update the big feature we added was lifetime cash! Big changes are as follows

• Lifetime cash - Every dollar you ever earn is matched and deposited into your lifetime cash account
  • This is now saved to disk and lives in your save data folder
  • Added lifetime cash as an extra value in the leaderboard (no sorting by it just yet)
  • Cash bundle models are spawned at the main menu and land in you new fancy glass cash case
  • GUI text added on main menu RV and inMatch UI
• Skybox and Light for Apoc City
  • switched skybox to a brighter sunny late afternoon
  • rebaked lighting to use both realtime and baked global illumination
• Zombie titan variants adjusted for more tall guys i.e. more differing headshot heights
